The BISO training sharpened my authenticity as a leader. Cathy and Nele are providing throughout the training the necessary support to grow into the role facilitating BISO classes in everyone’s own very authentic style. Thus, I am also able to transfer lots of parts of the training into my leadership role in the financial world. Great community, lot’s of laughter and tears together makes the learning a very enriching experiencing one.Iris
