BISO taught me through movement portals, through FABRR, to view the world and myself from a centred grounded position. Cathy and Nele were able with patience, passion and masses of experience to guide and help me discover what makes my soul warm and wild. To bring the BISO story into the world in my unique way through dance, movement and connection is one of the best investments I ever made for myself.
