In this BISO weekend workshop, we delve into the theme of dreams. For centuries,
dreams have been seen as a source of information and are a universal phenomenon
found in every culture. In our culture, dreams often evoke conflicting opinions. Some
see them as deceptions and think they should not be taken seriously, while others
see them as a source of insights from our subconscious or even superconscious.
During this weekend, we will work with dreams in a practical way, through movement
and energy work. We use the energy or spirit of dreams-whether they are nocturnal
or wishful dreams-to become aware of the ‘hidden’ wisdom behind the dream. This
gives us insight into how to make our dreams, both in the future and in the present
moment, concrete.
In this way, we learn a language we can use to take control of our future. Join this
